Terms of Service

By accessing or using G7Cloud's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
G7Cloud provides managed web hosting (WordPress, PHP applications, git-deployed apps and more), the AI Website Builder, email hosting, DNS hosting, backups and related services. Each hosted site runs in its own dedicated container with its own database. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or other customers. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting phishing sites, cryptocurrency mining, and any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Service Commitment
We do not currently offer a financially guaranteed uptime SLA or a service-credit scheme, and we do not publish an uptime percentage we cannot yet evidence. Our reliability commitments — independent per-minute monitoring, a transparent public status page, nightly restore-tested backups, and an architecture designed so customer sites keep serving during control-plane outages — are described on our Service Commitment page.
6. Billing and Payments
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis; annual billing carries a 20% discount. Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — request a refund within 30 days of first purchase and we will return your payment in full. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.
7. Termination and Data Export
You may cancel at any time; there are no lock-in contracts. Upon termination we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data — sites, databases and backups are yours, and builder-created code can be exported. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
G7Cloud's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service.
